We want you to be thrilled with your Allergic to Cities gear order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

Please inform us by email what you are returning and why. Be sure to include your order number. We will then send you a Return Authorization number to include on your return. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Allergic To credit. We can only refund or exchange returns with Return Authorization numbers.

If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s).

If you are asking for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept returned washed items.

Shipping

We ship all items UPS. You have the options of Ground, 3 Day Select, and Overnight. Shipping charges are not refundable.
